1. The DFO $ Rewards Programme
All customers can enroll in the rewards programme by filling in the application form or enrolling themselves on the company’s website, www.dfactoryoutlet.com. Such members may participate in the DFO Points Rewards Programme, except members whose membership have been suspended or terminated by D'Factory Outlet Pte Ltd (hereafter known as DFO).
2. Award of DFO Points
a. The member will be awarded with DFO 0.1 Points for every S$1 spent in a single receipt at any of the company’s outlets. However, DFO Points will not be awarded for redemption of reward products and vouchers.
b. The DFO Points awarded to the member will be stated in each receipt for all expenditure at any of the DFO outlets, and may be corrected or revised to correct any errors in the computation of DFO Points. Where any charge posted to any member account is reversed or re-credited (whether in whole or in part), the DFO Points awarded in respect of the amount reversed or re-credited will be cancelled.
c. Members may check the balance of their DFO Points rewards at any point in time at any of the outlets or requesting an e-mail statement by sending an e-mail request to the company.
3. Use of DFO Points
a. DFO Points may be used only by the named member to whom the DFO Points were awarded and only for the following purposes:
i. to redeem a product voucher ("Redemption Voucher") or reward products;
ii. as full or part payment for subsequent purchases from any DFO outlets.
b. The rewards programme will be featured in the outlets and also in the company’s website and any newsletter, or in any publication in whatsoever medium, as the company may from tme to time inform the members.
c. DFO Points awarded may not be transferred for the benefit of or used by any person other than the member to whom the DFO Points were awarded.
d. The member may redeem DFO Points rewards by presenting the member’s privilege card at the point of transaction.
e. Subject to stock availability and provided that the member has sufficient DFO Points for the DFO Points rewards requested, DFO exchange such DFO Points as payment for such rewards programme.
f. There shall be no exchange for any such rewards programme redeemed.
4. General
a. DFO Points and Redemption Vouchers and Rewards Products have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
b. The company’s decision on all matters and disputes concerning the DFO Points Rewards Programme shall be binding on the member.
c. DFO shall have the absolute discretion to use agents, contractors or correspondents to administer and/or implement the DFO Points Rewards Programme and DFO shall not be liable to any person for any act, omission or neglect on the part of such agents, contractors or correspondents.
d. The use and or conversion of DFO Points may be subject to further terms and conditions or restrictions and the company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, modify, suspend or terminate the DFO Points Rewards Programme, and/or modify these terms and conditions in such manner as the company considers fit.
The Terms and Conditions herein are governed by and shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Member hereby irrevocably submits himself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
